Delicious, tender and airy berry souffle. Berry desserts are not only delicious, but also very healthy. One of these desserts is a souffle of berries with condensed milk, the recipe of which I want to offer you. I will use blackberries as berries, you can use your favorite berries.

Pour the washed berries with water (0.5 cups) and boil. Soak the gelatin in the remaining water until it swells. When hot, rub the blackberries through a sieve. Add sugar to the hot puree, stir thoroughly. Heat the swollen gelatin over low heat in a water bath until the crystals completely dissolve. Combine gelatin with berry puree. Beat the puree with gelatin with a mixer, at low speed, until a stable foam. Pour in the condensed milk and whisk again. We lay out the forms and let them freeze. On top, if desired, decorate with berries.
