Hot white chocolate with almonds and coconut

Hot chocolate is a real treat for a sweet tooth. When I go to a cafe (and this happens quite often), I always order hot chocolate with ice cream. I decided to do something similar at home, but I can't repeat everything one by one, I need everything in my own way.)) So instead of dark chocolate I used white, also with additives. It turned out to be moderately sweet, not cloying. And with a pronounced coconut flavor.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

1. Break the chocolate into pieces. You can take chocolate without additives, or you can take it with various additives. I used chocolate with almonds and coconut to enhance the taste of these ingredients.

2. Pour milk into a small saucepan, add pieces of white chocolate and bring to a boil over medium heat with constant stirring.

3. Dilute starch in a small amount of milk and, stirring so that no lumps form, pour a thin stream into a saucepan with chocolate.

4. Add almond petals and coconut chips to the milk-chocolate mixture.

5. Reduce the heat to a minimum and, stirring constantly, cook for another 2 minutes.

6. Add vanilla sugar, mix.

7. Pour hot chocolate into cups, decorate with whipped cream, sprinkle cocoa on top.
