Cooking energy bars with schiritsa is a pleasure! Does it sound intriguing? Let's start the cooking process and it will become clear what exactly is meant :)

So, the grains of the schiritsa first need to be dried. This is done this way: a large frying pan is put on fire and warms up well. As soon as it heats up, pour the grains into it, cover it with a lid. The grains of the schiritsa will explode like popcorn, like small fireworks. You do not need to keep the shield on the fire for too long - a couple of minutes is enough. In the process, it is necessary to shake the pan from time to time. You do not need to add oil to the pan either. Transfer the finished grains of the schiritsa to a bowl.

Cut the hazelnuts into several parts, add them to the schiritsa. We also send cranberries and all seeds there. Add a little salt and mix everything well.

We put a small saucepan on a low fire and combine syrups, honey, sugar, pumpkin oil, vanilla extract in it. We stir everything, warm it up for half a minute. It is important that the mixture of fields does not boil in any case. Now pour all the dry ingredients into this mixture, mix thoroughly.

Cover the baking sheet with parchment and spread the resulting mixture on it. You can also use molds, for example, silicone. We wait for the future bars to cool down, then we put them right in the molds for two or three hours in the refrigerator.

After the refrigerator, the bars will become firmer and will hold their shape better. But at the same time they will remain crumbly. Ready-made bars can be cut into smaller portions - each wrapped in parchment or plastic wrap. Such bars are perfectly stored in the refrigerator for 3-4 days.

Bon appetit!
