Cooking method

1. Wash the potatoes thoroughly, put them in a saucepan. Fill with water so that the potatoes are completely covered with it. We send the pan to the fire, boil the potatoes until ready. If there is a ready-made potato in a uniform, you can safely use it. We cool the potatoes, peel them, cut them into cubes.

2. Hard-boiled chicken eggs. This will take about 7 minutes. Then we put the eggs in a bowl with cold water, cool them. After that, we peel off the shell and cut into cubes commensurate with the potatoes.

3. Peel the onion from the husk, cut into strips. Fry the onion in vegetable oil until soft. It does not need to be browned. Put the onion in a bowl with potatoes, mix gently.

4. We put the bitters in a colander, wash them thoroughly under running water. This is necessary in order to wash off excess salt. Then we dry the bitters and cut them into small pieces.

5. My green onion, cut finely. We spread most of it to the mushrooms, mix. The rest of the onion will be needed for decoration.

6. We collect the salad in the culinary ring. The first layer is potatoes with onions, the second - bitters, the third - eggs. Each layer is smeared with mayonnaise. Decorate the salad with chopped green onions on top.

You can serve immediately, or you can put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours for impregnation. Of course, the salad that has been infused will have a richer taste and aroma.
