We begin the preparation of this delicious and healthy salad with the preparation of ingredients, namely:

- peel the red onion and cut into small cubes,

- wash and dry tomatoes with paper towels, after which we also cut them into cubes,

- my cucumber, dry and cut into cubes commensurate with tomatoes, but you can cut it into circles (or halves of circles - depends on the size of cucumbers and personal preferences),

- wash and lay out the cilantro to dry on a towel, then finely chop it,

- dicing crab meat,

- cut into the same cubes as the other avocado ingredients.

What can I say about this salad? It is simple, a minimum of ingredients is used for it, and the balance of taste depends on the proportions. The proportions are perfectly matched, so you should stick to the recommended amount of products. For example, if you put too many onions in a salad, the dish will end up being too bitter. And an excessive amount of lime will kill the taste of crab meat. But, of course, you can experiment, changing the proportions to suit your taste!

It is also important to adhere to the specified order of adding products to the salad, so as not to end up with porridge. Therefore, we will put soft foods at the end. So, everything is prepared and you can collect the salad. Do it quickly, so you can already start to look forward to a delicious meal. And one more important point - it is necessary to prepare the salad immediately before serving. So it will be tastier and more beautiful and the salad will not turn into porridge.

Put onion cubes in a salad bowl, then put sliced cucumbers and tomatoes in the same place. Next, spread the crab meat and avocado, add chopped coriander, salt and mix everything very carefully. Pour lemon juice over the salad and ... Everything is ready! We serve the salad to the table.
