Pasta with mushrooms and chicken in cream sauce

Cooking method

1. Pour water into a saucepan, put on fire, bring to a boil. We put the paste in boiling water, boil it according to the instructions on the package.

2. Finely chop the shallots, fry in olive oil for 2 minutes.

3. Cut the chicken breast into small pieces, add to the onion, cook for about 5 minutes.

4. My zucchini, cut into small slices. Mushrooms are cut into thin plates. Peel the garlic, pass it through the press.

5. We put zucchini and mushrooms in a frying pan to the chicken, add flour, mustard, garlic, pour cream, cook for 5 minutes.

6. Grate the parmesan, spread most of it with the rest of the ingredients.

7. We throw the pasta into a colander, let the liquid drain, and send it to the pan after the parmesan. Stir, add salt and ground black pepper to taste, keep on fire for 2-3 minutes.

Serve on the table, sprinkled with the remaining parmesan.
