Wok noodles with pork and vegetables

The perfect combination of products - bright, delicious and beautiful! The dish turns out very tasty. Delicious marinated meat and juicy vegetables with noodles cooked in a wok pan with a thick bottom. A fairly simple, but original and easy to prepare dish.

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 35 min

1. We wash the meat, clean it from the films and dry it. Cut into cubes and marinate. To do this, add chopped garlic to the meat in a bowl, salt and pepper to taste. We leave it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours.

2. Peel and cut the vegetables into long strips.

3. Put a wok pan on the fire, as soon as it warms up, pour oil and fry the marinated pieces of meat.

4. Add vegetables to the fried meat and pass until soft. Cook noodles and mix with meat and vegetables, add sauce and simmer all together for 5 minutes.

Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve to the table.
