    Wash, sort and dry the gooseberries.

    Bring the water to a boil, pour in the jelly mixture, stir until completely dissolved and remove from the heat. Cool slightly.

    Put gooseberry berries on the bottom of the molds (preferably silicone ones). Pour the jelly mixture on top. Put the molds in the refrigerator until the jelly is completely solidified.

I needed a harder consistency that could be cut with a knife. Therefore, I separately soaked another 20 g of gelatin in 100 ml of water. The swollen gelatin was added together with the dry mixture and mixed until completely dissolved.
I turned the finished chilled jelly onto a dish and cut it into portions.
