Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 25 min

1. Pour the sugar into a saucepan, add ginger, having previously cleaned it and cut it into plates.
2. Pour boiling water, mix, let the sugar completely dissolve.
3. Using a blender, chop cranberries and lingonberries, throw them on a sieve. The juice is left, and the grounds are sent to a saucepan with sweet water.
4. Put the pan on the fire, bring to a boil.
5. Filter the hot syrup through a sieve and combine with cranberry juice left after crushing the berries with a blender.
6. Add honey, mix.
7. We cool the finished morse, then send it to the refrigerator for an hour, as it is traditionally served cold.

Pour the juice into glasses and enjoy!
