Cooking method

1. For sprinkling:
Grind vanilla crackers with added sugar in a blender until fine crumbs form. Add the melted butter and once again interrupt the crumb so that it becomes moist. The resulting mixture is spread on a baking sheet and baked in the oven at 190 degrees for 10 minutes.

2. For vanilla cream:
Pour milk and cream into a saucepan, bring to a boil. Meanwhile, mix sugar, corn starch, flour and salt in a large bowl. Add the egg yolks to the sugar mixture and knead until smooth.

Without stopping stirring, gradually add the milk-cream mixture. We send the resulting mass to the fire and cook for 2-3 minutes. Add the butter and vanilla, mix until the butter melts.

We put the finished cream in a bowl to cool down and cover it with cling film. Remove to the cold until the mass freezes (for at least an hour).

3. Now whipped cream:
Using a mixer, beat the cream with powdered sugar to steady peaks.

4. The final stage of preparation:
We put vanilla cream, sliced bananas and crumbly cracker crumbs in layers in the prepared cremans.

Decorate the finished dessert with whipped cream or to your taste. And enjoy!
