Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h 50 min

1. Cover a small baking sheet (or mold) with parchment. The size of the mold is approximately 22 x 22 cm.
2. In a medium saucepan, combine cocoa butter, coconut and peanut butter.
3. Add powdered sugar, vanilla and mix everything, heat over moderate heat. Do not forget to constantly stir, keep on fire until the mass becomes homogeneous.
4. Pour into the mold and wait 15 minutes for the mass to cool down a little.
5. Break the bitter chocolate and melt it in a water bath.
6. Pour a thin stream of chocolate into the mixture in the mold, making streaks with the tip of a knife.
7. When the pasta is completely cooled, put it in the refrigerator for at least a couple of hours.
8. Cut the finished delicacy into portions.
