Salad balls ala Mimosa

A variant of Mimosa salad in the form of sesame balls! Beautiful and delicious! A delicious and unusual snack in the form of salad balls. And quite budget-friendly. If you don't like sesame, it can be replaced, for example, with grated cheese. Although I recommend trying these balls with fried sesame seeds - it's very tasty!
