Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 30 min
Prepare the mushrooms and cut them into small pieces. Add salt to the water in a saucepan and boil the cheese in it for 15 minutes. Drain the water. Add finely chopped onion to the mushrooms. Pour milk and cook for 1 hour on low heat.

For dressing, mix sour cream with yolk and flour. Stir until smooth. Pour the dressing over the boiled mushrooms. Warm up until the mass thickens. Salt, pepper and add finely chopped dill. The dish is ready, please come to the table!
