Boil the kettle.
Cut an orange into 5mm circles, take the largest one and cut it into 8 slices on a plate. Fill the slices with sugar (1 chl) and cinnamon, hold for 5 minutes.
Cut the washed apple into halves and cut out the core. Cut the pulp into pieces or slices.
In a teapot (pour boiling water over it), put apples, an orange together with the released juice, tea.
Pour boiling water, cover with a lid and put in the heat for 5-7 minutes.
Pour hot apple tea with orange and cinnamon hot.
