Okroshka on white kvass with radish and mustard

My childhood favorite okroshka has started playing with new flavors! The taste of okroshka is sharp with a slight bitterness, cold kvass with a pleasant sourness, and all together gives an unforgettable taste of a Russian summer dish, which more than one person has not refused. I really like it and I want you to try this okroshka too. I have never tried such kvass before, but fate brought me together with one grandmother, she treated me to okroshka on kvass made of rye flour and black radish with mustard, I will say that I did not immediately understand what kind of basis this is for okroshka, but then, when I found out the recipe, I was very surprised and wrote it down, so I liked this okroshka, now it's the only way I cook, thanks to that grandmother!
