Apple juice for winter

A wonderful alternative to purchased juice. A very useful thing! Such a preparation - apple juice for the winter - will come in handy as a storehouse of vitamins. I liked this recipe because it is not difficult to cook it at all. In addition, a minimum of ingredients is used here, which makes the juice healthy and tasty.

To begin with, the apples must be thoroughly washed. Cut into four parts (it is not necessary to remove the core at all). To make juice, for this we will need a juicer. Squeeze the juice into a deep container.
It is necessary to pour the juice through fine cheese or gauze. Then we will get a lighter and more beautiful juice.
Then proceed to cooking. To do this, we use a large bowl into which we pour the juice and put it on the fire. In the process of bringing the juice to a boil, all the pulp (which we could have left after filtering) will rise up. Therefore, it can be easily picked up with a spoon or ladle. When the juice boils, you need to cook it for another 10 minutes.
Note that this recipe does not use sugar at all. But if your apples are not very sweet, you can (at your discretion) make the taste of your apple juice sweeter.
Then quickly pour the juice into pre-sterilized jars, close the lids. All our cans of almost ready-made apple juice, wrap in a towel until completely cooled.
Keep apple juice in a dark, cool place.
