Cooking method

Cooking time: 30 min
The food in question is cooked according to Russian ancient traditions and is a typical example of nineteenth-century noble cuisine. Okroshka with smoked venison is what the princes preferred at dinner parties. So, let's try to cook this exotic culinary recipe. The above ingredients are enough for two full servings. The recipe is not complicated and it will take twenty minutes to make it. Consider the order of preparation. First we prepare the basis for the okroshka. We cut chicken meat, pork belly, venison and eggs into cubes. Add chopped vegetables with chopped herbs. The resulting "salad" should be thoroughly mixed. Now let's start preparing the dressing. To do this, we will pour two or three hundred milliliters of kvass into the dishes. Here you need to add a spoonful of mustard. All this is well stirred. At the bottom of the plate lies the base, which we will fill with kvass with mustard. Sprinkle chopped herbs on top. Decorate with a spoon of thick sour cream.
