Wash the leaves of Peking cabbage, dry and cut into small strips. Put the cabbage in a salad bowl and mash with your hands. Cut the tomatoes into small pieces. Open a tin of canned tuna, drain the excess liquid and add the tuna to the salad bowl. Prepare the dressing: mix vegetable oil, soy sauce and pepper, mix thoroughly and fill the salad with the finished dressing. If desired, decorate the finished salad with herbs.
