Fried ginger

An actual dish both in winter and summer, try it! Fried redheads can be prepared from frozen or fresh mushrooms, before frying, redheads should be boiled. Mushroom legs are not used in this recipe, they can be fried separately or used in another dish. It is not necessary to add unrefined sunflower oil to the greens dressing, you can choose any other to taste.

1. Mushrooms are thoroughly washed, boiled in salted water for 30 minutes from the moment of boiling.

2. Meanwhile, my parsley and dill, cut with a knife as finely as possible. Garlic is cleaned, squeezed through a press directly to the greens. Here we pour sunflower oil, mix.

3. Boiled redheads are thrown into a colander, cut off the legs. The hats are breaded in flour and fried in vegetable oil on both sides until crispy brown.

4. We put the mushrooms on a dish, season with a dressing of herbs and garlic and serve it on the table with a side dish.
