1. Rinse the mushrooms well and fill them with hot water, let them soak. Rinse the rice.
2. Peel the vegetables. Cut the onion and carrot into strips.
3. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan. Put the onion and carrot and fry on high heat for 3 minutes.
4. Add rice. Mix it up. Make the fire small, add the mushrooms with the water in which they were infused. Add boiling water so that it is 5 mm higher than rice. Add herbs, salt and pepper. Mix everything well.
5. Cover the rice with mushrooms with a lid and leave on low heat for 30-40 minutes. And that's it.
