Homemade white chocolate

Cook white chocolate in your kitchen? Easy! I often make regular milk chocolate. It turns out that white chocolate is even easier to cook. A simple recipe, but it turns out delicious, sweet, beloved by my daughter white chocolate without bad additives. Be sure to try it!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min

1. Add powdered sugar and powdered milk to the cocoa butter melted in a water bath.
2. Stir without removing from the water bath, add vanilla sugar.
3. Pour the resulting mixture into molds and refrigerate.
4. When the chocolate hardens (an hour is enough), it is ready for use.
