Cooking method

The first thing you need is to chop the cookies. You can do this with a blender, or use a rolling pin. I'm used to it the old-fashioned way... So, we put the cookies in a strong cellophane bag. We crush the cookies with a rolling pin into a fine, fine crumb.

We put the butter in a bowl and melt it in the microwave.

Pour the crumbs into a large bowl, pour in the melted butter, add powdered sugar and cocoa.

Mix the ingredients, carefully rubbing them with a spoon. From the resulting mass, we form cakes in the form of potatoes.

In a saucer, mix sugar with cocoa powder and roll each "potato" in this mixture.

The cake should be served cold, so after putting the finished delicacy on a dish, we send it to the refrigerator for half an hour (at least).

Serve the treat with tea or coffee and enjoy!
