Cooking method

Cooking time: 25 min

1. First prepare the ingredients:
- rinse the parsley thoroughly, separate the leaves from the stems (we will need the leaves);
- peel the garlic;
- grate the cheese on a fine grater.

2. Place parsley, garlic, cheese and peeled walnut kernels (or cedar nuts) in a blender container. Pour 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the mixture to start.

3. Start the grinding process and periodically add a little oil.
The consistency of the mass should not be pasty, do not grind the ingredients to the limit.

The sauce is perfectly stored in a glass container in the refrigerator, so you can prolong your pleasure and decorate pasta, pizza and any other dishes with it at any time.

Buon appetito!
