Cooking method

1. Fresh chili peppers, paprika and cayenne need to be washed, the stems and seeds removed (if you like it to be very spicy, you can leave the seeds). Then chop the prepared peppers.
2. Add paprika (powder), sea salt, brown sugar, garlic powder and ground black pepper to them. Mix everything thoroughly.
3. Add mustard to the mixture, pour in olive oil. Mix everything well again.
4. Wash the rabbit carcass, dry it with paper towels, then rub it with a fragrant spicy mixture from all sides - both inside and outside.
5. Put the carcass on a spit and, while the coals are being prepared, let the rabbit lie down at room temperature.
6. The coals are ready - install the spit. Fry the rabbit until it is cooked and has an appetizing crust, do not forget to turn it slowly so that it cooks evenly.

Bon appetit!
