Cut the orange into cubes. For the sauce, you can take half a banana and avocado to taste (do not overdo it! remember about its fat content), beat them with a mixer, pour the sauce over the oranges. Dessert can be decorated with cinnamon, nuts, pomegranate, etc., what you like more :)
