Simple, delicious, hearty and lean dish! This pizza, despite the minimum of ingredients and the absence of meat additives in the composition, turns out to be very satisfying and delicious. It is suitable not only for a lean table, but also for evening gatherings with family and company.

    Prepare the ingredients according to the list. Let's start with the preparation of yeast dough, the pizza will turn out soft and fluffy from it. In a deep bowl, put dry yeast, sugar, a couple of tablespoons of wheat flour. Pour in a glass of warm water. Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mixture is obtained and leave it in a warm place for 15 minutes.

    Sift wheat flour to saturate with oxygen. Pour vegetable oil into a bowl with yeast mixture. Mix it up. We begin to add the sifted wheat flour. Add it in small portions, each time mixing the dough billet.

    When the dough becomes difficult to mix with a spatula, spread it on a floured work surface and continue kneading the dough with your hands. Knead the dough with your hands until it stops sticking to your palms. The dough should be elastic, smooth and soft. We put it back in the bowl, cover the bowl with a towel on top and put it in a warm place for an hour.

    Meanwhile, we will prepare the products for filling the pizza. Mushrooms will make pizza more satisfying and delicious. You can use any mushrooms: champignons or forest mushrooms, fried or pickled. I added pickled whites. Fresh mushrooms can be fried with onions. If pickled mushrooms are used, then grated carrots with finely chopped onions can be fried in a frying pan to give a pleasant taste of vegetable frying pizza.

    Pizza vegetables can also be used those that you like and which are at hand. Tomatoes are washed, cut into circles or small cubes, slices, if the tomatoes are not large.

    Bulgarian pepper is washed, cut out the seed capsule, cut the pulp into strips. For a pleasant sourness, you can add a small piece of finely chopped pickled cucumber or olives.

    We crumble the dough that has come up and proceed to baking pizza. Roll out the dough into a circle according to the size of the mold.

    Grease the mold with oil. We put the pizza preparation into the mold, making small sides.

    Grease the dough with tomato paste or sauce. We lay out the ingredients prepared for the filling alternately. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees. The pizza is sent to the oven for 20-25 minutes, depending on the operation of the oven and the size of the pizza.
