If desired, add coarsely chopped garlic. Onions and garlic are cut coarsely so that they can be easily shaken off the wings, vegetables are not needed on the grill - they will start to burn.

    Add a few slices of lemon, this is also optional. But with lemon, the wings in the marinade do not need to be left for a long time, a maximum of a couple of hours.

    Prepare the marinade: - Add liquid honey, granular mustard, juice of 1 lemon slice to soy sauce, pour vegetable oil last. Mix everything thoroughly and pour over the wings. Leave to marinate at room temperature for 1-1.5 hours, the wings marinate very quickly.

    On the grill or in another building, create the necessary heat for frying shish kebab. The coals should cool slightly, become covered with white - gray ash, then it will be the right moment to start frying. The wings can be strung on skewers, then evenly distributed over the surface of embers.

    Serve the wings directly on skewers or on a dish in which all the pieces of meat have been removed. Be sure to serve your favorite meat sauce, washed fresh herbs and vegetables as a side dish, and red wine from drinks.
