Today is Monday, which means it's time to come up with something new… Shouldn't I declare this week an apple week? Thanks to mom and dad for growing so many apples in the country! There is plenty of the main ingredient, so let's start.
Today we will try a delicious, but no less healthy apple salad. The recipe is taken not from a simple magazine, but from the book "The Art of Cooking from the culinary Academy Le Cordon Bleu". Oh, how! Therefore, it is not surprising that the tastes perfectly match each other. And don't be surprised that this recipe contains fresh parsley. Only she can emphasize the sweet and sour taste of the salad. Without it, you will not get such a bright combination.
First prepare the dressing. To do this, mix honey, freshly squeezed lemon juice and mint. For me, you can also add olive oil there (then carotene will be absorbed better). Mix carrots (coarsely grated), apples (cut into cubes, and if desired, peel in advance), finely chopped dates (do not forget to pull out the bone) and parsley. Fill with refueling. To get a completely correct salad, you need to let it brew for 15 minutes. The food is ready, you can start eating.
P.S. "Ap apple a day keeps the doctor away!"
