Frozen mushrooms in a frying pan with potatoes

A great hearty dish for fasting, vegetarians and mushroom lovers. A really simple and satisfying dish, no frills and does not require much effort when cooking. We always have mushrooms in the freezer, we also try to store peas for the future - it complements this fragrant dish very well. Try to cook!

How to make frozen mushrooms in a frying pan with potatoes? So, first peel the carrots, potatoes, garlic and onions, peas and mushrooms should be thawed in advance. Next:

1. Rub the carrots on a coarse grater, and cut the onion into small cubes.
2. In a hot frying pan with vegetable oil, start frying the onion, when it softens, add the carrots.
3. Put the mushrooms in a frying pan with the finished vegetables and fry until tender - 20 minutes.
4. While the mushrooms are frying, take care of the potatoes. Cut it lengthwise and fry on both sides until golden brown.
5. When the mushrooms are almost ready, add peas, finely chopped garlic, salt, season to taste with spices and fry for no more than 5 minutes.
6. Put a couple of pieces of potatoes and a couple of spoons of ready-made mushrooms on a plate.
Pickles are perfect for this dish.
