Black and white cake with shortbread cookies and chocolate without baking

Fantastically delicious cake without baking with cream cheese! Enjoy it! I love this recipe and this dessert. Absolutely amazing-tasting cake is a good option for a tea party on any holiday. Fresh, unusual and slightly piquant taste - a mixture of sweet and salty. Very tasty, a delight, not a cake!

Cooking method

Cooking time: 11 h 10 min

Preparing the base:

1. We grind cookies with a blender or manually - with the help of a pusher.
2. Add cocoa, reshape. You should get a chocolate chip.
3. In a saucepan, melt the butter, pour it into the cookie crumbs and cocoa, mix well.
4. Take a detachable mold (diameter 22-24 cm), cover the bottom with parchment, the sides with foil.
5. We put the chocolate-butter mass into the prepared mold, level it along the bottom, form the sides 3-4 cm high.
6. We remove the form with the base of the cake in the refrigerator for 1 hour (or in the freezer for 30 minutes).

While the base is cooling, we will do the cream:

1. Melt the chocolate in a water bath, cool it.
2. Beat the cream with a mixer until stable peaks.
3. Whipped cream with neat movements from the bottom up is mixed into liquid chocolate. It is good to use a wooden spatula for this.
4. Put cream cheese in a bowl, pour yogurt into it.
5. In the same bowl, pour powdered sugar, mix with a whisk until smooth.
6. Also, carefully, from the bottom up, with a wooden spatula, we mix the cheese mass into the chocolate-cream mixture.

The cream is ready, we take the base out of the refrigerator. We spread the cream on it, level it and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour. It remains only to prepare the decoration for the cake:

1. I wash the pear, wipe it dry, peel it off. Cut the pear in half, remove the core.
2. Pour the wine into a saucepan, put it on the fire.
3. Add sugar to the wine, mix, bring to a boil, put a pear in the wine syrup, remove the saucepan from the fire.
4. We leave the pear in the wine for 1 hour.

Time has passed - we take the base out of the refrigerator. Put the pear soaked in wine on a paper towel, get wet so that it is not wet. Cut the pear into thin slices, spread them beautifully on top of the cake in a circle, in the center. Sprinkle the edges of the cake generously with white chocolate chips.

We put the cake in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or better - 8. After that, the cake can be served to the table.

Have a nice tea party!
