Bruschetta with avocado and pear

Original restaurant-level snack. We prepared these bruschettas at a master class in the culinary studio Culinarion under the guidance of chef Egor Matveev. It turned out so delicious and unusual that when I arrived home, I immediately decided to repeat them. The snack will appeal to all fans of avocado and dried tomatoes. It is better to take a classic balsamic sauce without extraneous flavors. Who does not like balsamic - you can not add.
