Bruschetta with avocado

Italian appetizer on your table! It's very simple! A dish called bruschetta has some similarity with our sandwich and is ideal for a snack. I cooked bruschetta with avocado for the first time and I am sure that I will cook again - very tasty!

So, stock up on a good mood and get started:

- cut white bread into slices;

- sprinkle olive oil on each piece;

- fry in a dry frying pan on both sides until golden brown (about 1-2 minutes on each side);

- peel the garlic clove, cut in half and wipe the hot toast with a slice;

- peel the remaining garlic clove, squeeze through a press;

- wash tomatoes, dry, cut into quarters;

- peel the avocado, cut into pieces;

- wash cucumber, peel, cut into small cubes;

- wash the basil, chop it with a knife;

- pour olive oil and balsamic vinegar into a bowl, put garlic mush, tomato, avocado, cucumber, basil, salt and mix;

- flavor each toast with the resulting dressing.

Serve the bruschetta on the table. Bon appetit!
