Canapes with cheese

An excellent snack for a festive dinner! What is a canape? This is a kind of food that consists of tiny sandwiches of small weight from a variety of products impaled on a skewer. We are accustomed to distinguish between salty and sweet canapes, that is, from various cheeses, vegetables, sausages and fruits. But have you ever tried to mix these little sandwiches together? To be honest, when I first cooked a canapé with cheese according to a very interesting culinary recipe, I was pleasantly surprised. These canapes are really very tasty and even useful.

So, how do you cook them? To begin with, we cut the Gouda cheese into even cubes, then put it on a skewer (it can be wooden or plastic, ordinary or decorated, even an ordinary toothpick will do). Now peel the tangerines, divide them into slices, cut the slices in half. Kiwi is also peeled and cut into cubes. After that, we put kiwi cheese on top, and then tangerine slices. Our canapes are ready! We can serve them to the table. There can be a lot of different variations with fruits. The main thing is that it should be sweet and sour fruits or berries.
