Preheat the pan, lubricate with oil before baking and bake pancakes.
Lubricate each pancake with melted honey
Grate the apples, add sugar and stew over the fire
When they cool down, add cinnamon.
Cut each pancake into 4 parts.
We put our apples with cinnamon on pieces of pancakes.
We put it in a container (I have a clay pot) in layers, smearing with honey
And put it in the oven for 1 hour or more
