All meat dishes of Cuban cuisine are borrowed from the Spanish recipe. In Cuba, they prefer meat stewed with a variety of spices so that the dish is spicy. And hard green bananas are usually boiled and eaten for dessert. There is a recipe that combines these two directions - this is a fillet in Creole. To prepare it, we take the beef pulp of the hind leg and pass it through a large grate of a meat grinder. Add chopped garlic, pepper, salt and fry until half cooked. Separately, we pass the pickled pepper and finely chopped onion in a frying pan. By the end of roasting, add tomato puree, dry white wine, raisins and minced meat. Mix everything and bring it to readiness. We spread the finished fillet on the dish with a slide, next to it we have steamed rice, on top of which we put fried eggs. Next to the rice, we spread boiled bananas. The dish is decorated with herbs and served on the table. Enjoy your meal.
