Season the minced meat with salt and pepper, add liquid smoke. Form 6 thick tortillas from minced meat, put them on a platter and put them in the refrigerator for an hour.
Meanwhile, mix the chopped garlic, mayonnaise and lemon juice, add salt and also put to cool.
Preheat the pan over high heat. Grease the bread on both sides with vegetable oil and fry until crisp. Instead of fried bread, you can make toast.
Pour vegetable oil into the pan and fry the minced tortillas well on both sides. Then reduce the heat, cover and cook for another 10 minutes. Remove the tortillas and cool.
Meanwhile, fry the eggs. Fry the egg separately for each sandwich. Heat part of the butter over medium-high heat. Carefully break the egg into the pan so that the yolk remains intact. Add salt and cover for five minutes. Remove the egg and cool. Do the same with the rest of the eggs.
Put fried bread or toast on a platter and pour mayonnaise sauce over it. Put a cutlet on each slice of bread, and a fried egg on top.
When serving the cake, the sandwich can be sprinkled with hot sauce or sprinkled with chopped herbs.
