Cabbage salad with vinegar and oil

Light and delicious salad of young cabbage. The young cabbage has juicy crispy leaves - the salad from it turns out very fresh and nutritious. Olive oil is ideal if you like sunflower oil - feel free to fill it. Apple cider vinegar gives freshness and a piquant note to the taste. If there is none, make a dressing based on table vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste. If you like dried herbs, you can safely add a few pinches to the dressing. The salad is very easy to prepare - even a beginner can handle it. Cook for health!

    We will prepare simple products for the salad. Onion, dill and parsley to your taste. I recommend olive oil, although you can use vegetable oil to taste. Apple vinegar is very suitable for this salad, if there is none, feel free to use table vinegar. Rinse and dry the greens.

    Chop the cabbage finely. You can use a shredder or a knife - there is no difference.

    Cut the green onion feathers into small rings.

    Finely chop the parsley as well.

    Add finely chopped greens to a bowl with chopped cabbage.

    Add olive oil or vegetable oil, apple cider vinegar. Mix everything well - let the dressing stand for a few minutes and soak in each other's aromas and tastes.

Fresh onion, dill and parsley make its aroma bright and fresh. If you like unrefined vegetable oil, you can prepare a dressing based on it, the aroma will be piquant. To taste, you can add a fresh cucumber or tomato to the salad - but it will be a completely different salad.
