    Roll up the podcherevok with a roll and pull it off with twine.

    Boil the water, add the rest of the salt, put the roll in a saucepan and add the thyme. Cook after boiling at a very slow boil for an hour and a half.

    Cool the finished roll, put it under the press until it cools completely. Remove the twine. Slice the roll thinly and use it for sandwiches.
