Cooking method

Cooking time: 5 min
1. Fill the upper part of the shaker with ice cubes.
2. Add lemon juice, blue curacao, vodka and lemon syrup. Close the shaker and shake with an effort of 8 seconds.
3. Pour the contents of the shaker, straining through a bar strainer, into a pre-cooled glass and top up with champagne.
4. Carefully lower the cocktail cherry into the glass and immediately serve the drink to the table.
