Cold borscht with sausage

Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h
Boil eggs and potatoes. Pour three liters of water into a saucepan. Grate the beets on a coarse grater. We put it in a saucepan with water, put it on fire and bring it to a boil, salt it and add apple cider vinegar. 
Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Cut cucumbers, sausage, finely chop boiled eggs, fresh herbs. We put all these products in a separate bowl, mix them and put them in the refrigerator.
Cool the beet broth under the lid, do not put it in the refrigerator. When serving borscht, pour vegetable mixture into a plate, pour beet broth, add salt to taste, and sour cream if desired. Bon appetit!
