Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 30 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make spaghetti with chicken? Prepare the specified products according to the list. Spaghetti is approximately half of the standard package. If the family is large, then double the amount of ingredients. I take 20% cream, you can take 10%, but add 0.5 tsp flour in step 5. Dry spices I take "Provencal herbs". Cheese - "Parmesan", you can take any other hard cheese. Chicken fillet is fresh, if you use frozen, then it needs to be thawed beforehand.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Rinse the chicken fillet under running cold water, cut off the remains of bones and skin. Cut the fillets into small cubes. Lightly roll the chicken pieces in the herb mixture. Add salt, add ground black pepper if desired. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken pieces on it for 10 minutes, stirring them constantly.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Put a saucepan with enough water on the fire, bring to a boil, pour in a spoonful of vegetable oil, add a little salt and put spaghetti in boiling water. Stir immediately, stir the next time after boiling, and then stir again during cooking. Put the finished pasta in a colander to drain the liquid and put it back in the pan so that they do not cool down.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Put the finished chicken fillet on a separate plate. And in the frying pan in which the meat was fried, add the peeled garlic. I add whole garlic, as I don't plan for it to stay in the sauce. If you want pieces of garlic to be present in the sauce, then it should be passed through the press and not cleaned in the future. Fry the garlic in oil for a few minutes, until the aroma appears, then remove the garlic pieces.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Add cream to the pan, stir, turn down the heat and cook for another five minutes. Add the butter and stirring, wait until it is completely melted.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Grate the cheese and add it to the cream, stirring constantly so that the cheese is evenly distributed over the sauce, and does not turn out to be one lump. Boil, stirring, for a minute or two, turn off the heat, cover with a lid and leave to stand.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Put the finished hot spaghetti on a plate, pour the sauce over them and spread the fried chicken pieces evenly. Serve the dish hot. A glass of white wine is perfect for such an Italian dinner.
