Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 5 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make tartlets with cottage cheese and red fish? Prepare the products. Take ready-made tartlets, but if you have a desire, you can bake them yourself. My fish is already sliced. Cottage cheese without additives. As a green, in my opinion, dill is best suited.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Wash the greens thoroughly under running cool water, then dry with a paper towel. Finely chop.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

If you have a whole piece of fish, cut it into thin plates. We will need 50 grams. Cut the plates into strips, then chop into small cubes - the smaller, the tastier it will be.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Put the curd cheese in a bowl, add chopped dill and chopped fish. Mix thoroughly. If you see that the mass turns out to be very thick, then add a little fat cream, otherwise it will be hard to work with it.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Transfer the curd mass into a pastry bag.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Plant the curd cheese with a pastry bag into the tartlet. This can be done simply with a spoon, but it will turn out more beautiful from the bag. Fill in all the tartlets in this way.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Cut the remaining fish into long thin strips. Roll each strip into a spiral - it will be a rose decoration. Place a fish rose in the center of each tartlet.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

From a leaf of parsley or a sprig of dill, make a leaf for each rose. The snack is ready! Serve it to the table immediately, otherwise the tartlets will get wet. Enjoy your meal!

A very beautiful and delicious dish! It is prepared for one or two, it turns out quite a lot of portions, given that a small amount of fish is taken. I had to add cream to the cheese - the mass turned out to be thick, I didn't want to get out of the bag.
You can simplify the process even more - put cheese in tartlets without additives, and put fish on top.
Grated garlic can be added to the cheese. Instead of cottage cheese, cream or melted cheese is also taken. And you can take avocado instead of cheese, ground into a homogeneous mass.
Fresh cucumber, lemon slices and red caviar are also used as decorations.
