Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h 15 min
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

Prepare the specified products. Lavash is better to take a proven manufacturer with dense sheets. I have lavash in a package of three sheets, with a total weight of 300 grams, I take two sheets. Red fish is slightly salted, you can take any, I have salmon. The cheese is melted, when replaced with another soft cheese, the taste will be different, and the dish too. Fresh dill greens on request, without using greens, everything will also be very tasty.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Remove the pita bread from the package and spread two sheets on top of each other. If the pita bread is initially very dense, then one leaf may be enough. But if the sheets of pita bread are thin, then so that the filling does not leak, it is better to take two sheets. Lavash liberally lubricate the whole area with melted cheese.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Remove the fish from the package, remove small bones with tweezers. With a sharp knife, cut the flesh of the fish from the skin and cut into small pieces. spread the pieces of red fish evenly over the pita bread at a small distance from each other.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Wash fresh dill greens, dry and finely chop. Sprinkle evenly chopped greens on the fish. I will make two types - with and without dill, so I sprinkle only half of the pita bread with fish on the greens.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Carefully, bending the edge, fold the whole pita bread with filling into a tight roll. Wrap the roll in plastic wrap and put it in the refrigerator for an hour, if time is short, then you can put it in the freezer for 20 minutes.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

After cooling the roll, take it out of the refrigerator, and cut it into portions 1.5 - 2 centimeters thick with a sharp knife. Put the roll with red fish on a beautiful dish and you can serve it to the table.

Various snacks from ready-made lavash are very popular with housewives. Using this thin flatbread as the basis, you can prepare a large number of snacks. Most often on the festive table there are cold snacks in the form of rolls with all kinds of fillings: red fish, canned food, eggs, cheese, fresh herbs, vegetables, etc. After experimenting a little with filling pita bread rolls, I left a pita bread roll with red fish in my favorites. This option turned out to be to the taste of my whole family. Such a roll turns out delicious, juicy, satisfying. Red fish makes it useful not only for adults, but also for children. And in order to completely consider this snack useful, red fish can be salted independently, melted cheese can also be cooked at home.
