Strawberry mousse

Delicious summer dessert is worth the time spent. There are a lot of different variants of strawberry mousses. Depending on the technology and the ingredients used, the dessert turns out to be more or less tender. Recently I was preparing a mousse based on semolina. I will post the recipe for this mousse on the website in the near future. The same option with the addition of whipped cream and gelatin. This is the most delicate mousse I've tried. Very similar to panna cotta in structure. Although in principle it is, but with the addition of strawberry flavored puree.
