Cooking method

Cooking time: 2 h

1. Dilute the salt in the water.
2. Gradually add the pea flour to the liquid and stir well.
3. Add the basil and mix well again. The dough is ready.
4. Tighten the dough with a film and leave at room temperature for 1.5-2 hours to thicken the dough (this is due to the swelling of flour in water).
5. Add half of the olive oil to the dough and mix well.
6. Grease a baking sheet with the second half of the oil, pour the dough on it.
7. Preheat the oven to 220 degrees in advance and bake the farinata for 20 minutes. It is ready when its edges have turned golden.
Have fun!
