    Twist the remaining berry with a blender and turning on the stove on medium heat, put a saucepan with the berry on it and stirring bring it to a boil, in the process add one teaspoon of butter, as it effectively prevents the formation of foam.

    We put the twisted berry in a common saucepan, reduce the heat of the stove to low and cook the berry, stirring constantly for another ten minutes, after which we turn off the stove, remove the pan from the stove and let the jam cool for fifteen minutes.

    We use a vegetable pectin substance in the recipe, which replaces gelatin, add two teaspoons of agar-agar to a bowl with two tablespoons of sugar and mix.

    We put the jam pot back on the stove, bring it to a boil and pour a mixture of sugar with agar-agar into it and mix it properly. Jam with the use of pectin has a lower calorie content and during its preparation a much smaller amount of sugar will be required. We cook the jam for exactly ten minutes from the moment of boiling, mixing it well all the time.
