Step 2:
Wash and dry the chicken fillet. Season the fillets with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil and bake in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Then unwrap the foil and bake the chicken until golden brown. Instead of baking, chicken fillet can be boiled in salted water until ready.

Boil the beets until tender, cool and peel. Also grate the beets on a coarse grater. I use ready-made store-bought boiled beets, which I previously grated on a coarse grater.
Step 8:
I put the mayonnaise in a pastry bag and cut off the tip. So it is more convenient to apply it to the salad.
Step 9:
In the middle of a large dish on which we will serve the salad, put a tall glass. Form an even ring of chicken fillet around the glass. Brush the chicken with mayonnaise on top.

Put all the boiled carrots on the chicken layer and also smear with mayonnaise.
Step 11:
Put the grated potatoes on the carrots and press them with your hands. Also smear with mayonnaise.

Sprinkle with half of the walnuts.
Step 13:
Put half of the beetroot on the nuts. Smear with mayonnaise.
Step 14:
Put the remaining walnuts on the beetroot.
Step 15:
Pour the nuts with mayonnaise.
Step 16:
Cover the nuts with boiled eggs on top and smear the layer with mayonnaise.
Step 17:

Garnet bracelet salad serve to the table. Here is such an extraordinarily beautiful and delicious it turns out. Bon appetit!
Such a poetic name of the salad is directly related to its appearance, because the salad is formed in the form of a ring and decorated with pomegranate seeds on top, which ultimately gives an amazing resemblance to a female bracelet. I immediately remember the famous story of the same name by A. Kuprin. Thanks to him, the salad got its name at the time.
This salad can be made from different meats. Two years ago I was preparing a similar beef salad. The basis of the salad in different recipes is basically the same: meat, potatoes, carrots, beets and, of course, pomegranate.
Elegant salad with the wonderful name “Garnet bracelet" has long won deserved popularity and is among the top most popular salads for the festive of the table.
It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting
recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
