Pork head brawn in Ukrainian

Delicious hearty budget snack from nothing! It's impossible to break away! I used to post a recipe for "Saltison from a pig's head in the stomach", but it is problematic to find a stomach, and there is not always a desire to mess with it! I propose a simpler version of saltison, or as it is also called - zeltsa. Make sure to cook it, especially since it's very budget-friendly, and what a cool snack it is... Well, you understand! Those who have tried will appreciate it!
