Salad mushrooms chicken eggs cheese

Delicate, airy, layered, for a holiday! Salad with mushrooms, chicken, eggs and cheese is prepared for one-two-three. This is the most advantageous combination of products - the minimum amount of them with the maximum taste. You can supplement the salad with other ingredients if desired.

Step-by-step cooking

Cooking time: 1 h
  1. Step 1:

    Step 1.

How to make a salad with mushrooms and chicken? Measure out the necessary ingredients. Boil the chicken until tender. Hard-boiled eggs, cool and peel from the shell. Clean the mushrooms and wipe them with a damp cloth. You can choose the cheese according to your taste.

  2. Step 2:

    Step 2.

Disassemble the boiled chicken fillet into fibers. Separate the egg whites from the yolks and grate separately on a medium grater. Also grate the cheese on a medium grater.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

Cut the champignons into plates and fry in a frying pan in sunflower oil until cooked. When frying, stir the mushrooms with a spatula or spoon. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper, then cool.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

Take a suitable sized flat dish. Spread the salad in layers, smearing each with mayonnaise. I use a heart-shaped salad ring for this. The first layer is chicken fillet + a mesh of mayonnaise.

  5. Step 5:

    Step 5.

Put the champignons on top of the fillets and smear them with mayonnaise.

  6. Step 6:

    Step 6.

Put egg whites + mayonnaise on the mushrooms.

  7. Step 7:

    Step 7.

Sprinkle with grated cheese + mayonnaise.

  8. Step 8:

    Step 8.

And finish the layers with a layer of egg yolks. It does not need to be sprinkled with anything.

  9. Step 9:

    Step 9.

Put the finished salad in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours without removing the rings. If its height allows, pull the food wrap on top so that the yolks do not curl while the salad is cooling. Remove the ring before serving. Garnish the edges of the salad with chopped parsley.

I had some defrosted porcini mushrooms left from the previous salad, so I added them to the champignons. In general, you can put any mushrooms in this salad, not just champignons.

It is better to prepare mayonnaise yourself. It will be tastier and healthier. See here interesting recipes for homemade mayonnaise.
Also, as a dressing, you can use not only mayonnaise, but also sour cream or natural yogurt. They can be taken separately or mixed with mayonnaise in any proportion to your taste - this will reduce the calorie content of the dish.
