    Step 1.

Take all the ingredients for the base and just mix them with a spoon. Grease the baking dish with oil and sprinkle with semolina (I sprinkled with breadcrumbs), pour out the base, level it and send it to a preheated 250 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.

Meanwhile, we are preparing sour cream filling. To do this, beat sour cream, eggs, fructose corn starch, flour and vanilla with a mixer. We divide the finished mixture into 2 parts and add cocoa powder to one. We take the finished base out of the oven and pour the filling alternating colors from above, evenly distributing.

  3. Step 3:

    Step 3.

We send the casserole into the oven for another 10-15 minutes. We take it out, let it cool down and cut it into segments. Separately, melt butter with fructose in a frying pan, add sliced apples and caramelize to a slightly brownish color. We spread the hot slices on the casserole pieces.

  4. Step 4:

    Step 4.

    Serve chilled. Bon appetit!))
